Shipping Responsibility & Carrier Claims Policy
Once an order leaves our facility and is accepted by the shipping carrier, ownership and responsibility for the package transfer to the carrier.
Important Notes:

Coalition Nutrition is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages after they are in the carrier’s possession.

All delivery issues — including missing packages, tracking discrepancies, delivery delays, or damaged items — must be resolved directly with the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for filing and managing all claims with the carrier using the tracking information provided at shipment.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that carrier-related delivery issues are outside of Coalition Nutrition’s control once the package leaves our facility.
